Cantina Baldassarri was born in Collazzone from the passion and entrepreneurial vision of Luciano Baldassarri and his children. From the first plantings of the 1970s, the family's work has grown into a winemaking project that unites agricultural experience, contemporary sensibility and attention to every stage of production.

With great kindness, Ernesto welcomed us at the family winery, opening the doors to the world of winemaking for us. When you're lucky enough to meet someone passionate about their work, the result is an exceptional experience — a journey through the history of these places and the culture of wine. Beautiful tasting
I was with my family and some friends. We did a really beautiful guided tour of the winery and then a wine tasting, guided by Francesco, paired with excellent cured meats and bruschetta with an oil I then took home! Highly recommended!

Great wines and tour with Francesco
Excellent private wine tour with Francesco for our group of 7. We visited the vineyard and learned about the winemaking process. We finished with some personalised wine tastings, and many of us bought bottles. We spent 3 hours there. Very reasonable prices compared to Napa Valley wines.
